For the 5th year, Philly brings the world together again this summer at Penn's Landing Great Plaza during its Global Fusion Festival themed CARNIVAL. This electrifying day of non-stop entertainment, draws diverse communities together to celebrate the "cultural fusion" of the world. Big-name performers, ethnic dancers & vendors, and kid's activities are all offered for free on Saturday, July 16th, 2011 from noon-8pm!
