Global Fusion Festival Media Credentials

TO REQUEST MEDIA CREDENTIALS for the Global Fusion Festival, please send a written request on the letterhead of the media outlet you work for. The deadline to make your request is Monday, July 12 at noon.

Your e-mail or fax must include the following:

• The name of the OUTLET (publication, channel, website, radio station, etc..).
• The name of the actual photographer, crew members, etc. that will attend the event and as much contact info. as possible (local phone, fax, address, e-mail).
• The name of the assignment editor, photo agency contact, etc. and as much contact info. as possible (phone, fax, address, e-mail).

The request should be filled out completely. This will allow us to plan accordingly and accommodate you properly during your visit to the Global Fusion Festival. So that we may, in fact, accommodate everyone, we are issuing press credentials only to working media.

Once the Global Fusion Festival office has received your request, you will receive a notification of its status and/or a confirmation letter from the GFF media committee.

Media requests received after July 11th will be handled on site at the Global Fusion Festival. If you have specific questions or concerns about obtaining the coverage you need, please contact Devon Allen in advance of the Global Fusion Festival to discuss your proposed storyline.
